About

Practical help for the problem in front of you

Practical ADHD Toolkit is a privacy-first collection of interactive worksheets for starting, planning, recovering, communicating, and following through.

What the Toolkit is for

The site is organized around real stuck points: a task that will not start, a day that has become unrealistic, an avoided bill, an overloaded room, a reply that feels too difficult, or a plan that needs a way back in.

Every public worksheet works without an account. You can fill it online and print a clean copy. Guest answers stay in the current browser tab; creating My Toolkit is optional and becomes useful when you want to save, resume, track private check-ins, review progress, or set a reminder.

The tools structure a situation into a visible first move, an enough-for-now finish line, and a return cue. They are practical self-help resources, not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for professional care.

What we optimize for

  • One obvious next action and minimal decisions.
  • Visible progress without forced completion.
  • Forgiving recovery after interruption.
  • Useful mobile, keyboard, screen-reader, A4, and US Letter experiences.
  • No login wall for public tools and no answer-content analytics.

Who prepares it

The Practical ADHD Toolkit editorial team prepares and product-reviews the worksheets. John Lindberg’s longer-form books are one supporting source; independent guidance is used to check scope and safety boundaries.
