Our review method
- Define one stuck point. A worksheet must answer a specific situation, not make a broad promise about ADHD.
- Reduce the decisions. We test whether the flow creates one visible move, an observable finish line, and a forgiving way back in.
- Keep examples optional. Suggested language is never silently inserted as a user’s answer.
- Review safety and scope. We remove diagnostic, treatment, and guaranteed-outcome claims and point people to appropriate professional help where needed.
- Test the product. Public access, keyboard use, mobile layouts, privacy, guest recovery, and A4/US Letter printing are checked before release.
Sources and independence
Toolkit books and Academy material can inform the practical structure. Independent guidance is used to check scope, terminology, and safety boundaries. A reference does not mean that an authority endorses an individual worksheet.
- NICE guideline NG87: attention deficit hyperactivity disorder—diagnosis and management
- US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: ADHD in adults
